Individual Psychotherapy Fees

$220 Initial Session-75 minutes

We start here to get to know each other, learn more about your goals and hopes, and make a plan for how we would work together.

$175 Each Following Session- 55 minutes

Subsequent appointments are scheduled at the frequency and pace that makes sense for your goals and your life.

I am able to take payment via cash, personal check, or debit or credit card. I am not in network with any insurance companies/plans. If you have insurance that provides out of network benefits, I can provide a “superbill” (a type of receipt) which you can use to request reimbursement from your insurance company. I reserve a limited number of sliding fee slots in my caseload for clients with economic barriers to care.

Some concerns that might be a good match for working with me in individual psychotherapy include: anxiety, depression, finding/re-finding meaning or purpose, identity exploration, sociopolitical stressors, career transition, work-related stress, parenting, relationship concerns, burnout, nervous system sensitivity, shame, moral distress, trauma, and grief and loss.

What Therapy Can Help With….

No Surprises Act

Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, clients have a right to receive what is called a “Good Faith Estimate” for their mental healthcare. Clients paying out of pocket, and/or using out of network benefits have a right to receive an estimate of the total cost of care.
